It doesn’t fit or you don’t like it ? even though we do our best to continuously improve our descriptions on each item, sizes information and images, it may still happen that a Jacket doesn’t fit right, and the shoe is to tight than you expected, or a particular backpack simply doesn’t suit your back.

Well… No problem! Just send it back!

You can return any item within 30 days without a problem. Please note that we only take back unused items. Remember to not dirty the item or remove any attached labels. The goods must not show any signs of use.

How to return a product

Four simple steps to Successful return:
1. Pack the item securely and include the original product packaging and tags. We advise to keep the original packing of the goods for your own convenience.

2. Include purchase invoice plus your name, address, email, phone number and member number (if applicable) and a brief description of why you’re returning the item.

3. Attach the return shipping label from your invoice, or address your package to:Totalhike wearhouse

Please note: The return label is not prepaid. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Send your package using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Totalhike is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

How do i Exchange an item

Simply return your original order for a refund, and place a new order.

What if i receive a defective/damaged item, Or wrong item.

You will get an immediate replacement of the damaged goods. Its importent to check your delivery immediately upon receipt for completeness and possible damage. We advise to note any deficiencies in writing to the delivery provider upon receipt. The next step is to inform our team about the damage using our Contact page or +972 5275888 44 / +972 54 23449 44. so that we can immediately organise a refund or replacement. Omitting to file a complaint or getting in contact with us will in no way infringe upon your statutory warranty rights. It does however greatly help us to file our own claims against the logistics provider or the cargo insurance.
