How can i return my online order ?
If you have bought a product on www.totalhike.com and you are not satisfied, you can always change your mind and return the product, and we will process an exchange or refund.
Return by mail Please check the following instructions.

- explain the issue with the product.

How long do i have to wait for my order ?
Each product description includes the time it takes to deliver your order to the billing address defined.
The total delivery time includes: accepting the order in our system and shipping the goods to the defined location. (delivery time changes from state to state)
Once you have added all your products in your cart, you will see the estimated delivery date just below your selected Shipping Method. some products have different delivery time please check it out in our policies. delivery date is based on the delivery date of the product with the longest delivery time. if you need all the products to arrive at the same time, we advise to order the products with the closest delivery date.
Once your product has been shipped, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to your email. Shortly after you will be able to track your order on the carriers website.
Please note Israel’s public holidays may affect your delivery time.

How can i track my order ?
Every order have its own shipping method. after the order has been completed an email will be sent to you with the tracking number.
visit the delivery company site and insert the tracking number to check your order live location.
What Is Your International Shipping Policy?
Totalhike can sell and ship some goods internationally, depending on the destination and product.. Totalhike.com uses UPS/Fedex/DHL to ship internationally. For all international shipments, your order will be subject to applicable customs, tariffs, duties, and any required taxes.

How to reset my password ?
To ensure security of your online account you will be asked to set up a password for your TotalHike account.
In your account settings, click on account details. then choose the new password you would like.
In case you forget your password, please reach our account settings and click on forgot password.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?
Yes, we are restocking our products monthly. items indicated “out of stock” will not be able to be purchased and they will be marked with a grey window on the product image.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery time is estimated between 24-40 days.
